Description: On October 31, 2018, Plaintiffs DG, Anthony Ellis, & Travis McMeans (ages 13-15) were trick-or-treating with friends when multiple police cars arrived from both directions, stopping near the group. Numerous officers exited their vehicles and pointed their guns at the group of children. Description: On October 21, 2017 at around 1:15 am Plaintiff Joseph Wilson was on his way home from a party in Kings County when Defendants NYPD officer Brittany Cardinale, NYPD officer Chrsopher Digioia & NYPD officer Fernando Lopes unlawfully searched and falsely arrested him and held in in custody of the NYCPD for 24 hours without reason. Defendant Digoia and Lopes used excessive force against Plaintiff and maliciously and intentionally assaulted the Plaintiff, causing Plaintiff to suffer a fractured hand, physical impairment, extreme physical pain and discomfort and required medical treatment at a hospital. Plaintiff suffered physical and mental pain and his education also was impaired.
