Description: On July 14, 2020, Plaintiff was stopped, handcuffed, and arrested by Defendant officers Keith, Espinal, and Does near 2396 Morris Avenue, Bronx, NY. They maliciously accused the Plaintiff of possessing and selling a controlled substance. Following the arrest, the Plaintiff was taken to the 46th precinct, where he underwent a strip search. After spending several hours at the 46th precinct, the Plaintiff was transferred to Bronx Central Booking. On July 16, 2020, the Plaintiff was released after his arraignment. All charges against the Plaintiff were later dismissed in his favor. As a result, the Plaintiff suffered damages.
