Description: On July 31, 2019, the plaintiff was lawfully present on Flushing Avenue in Kings County, New York City, when Police Officer Olga Dudka and the unknown John and Jane Doe officers approached and intentionally assaulted and battered the plaintiff without probable cause. This assault caused severe, permanent injuries that resulted in the plaintiff's disability and significant psychological trauma. The officers then forcibly grabbed and handcuffed the plaintiff, leading to a false arrest and unlawful confinement. The incident caused the plaintiff humiliation, damage to their reputation, and considerable physical and emotional distress.
