Description: On June 14, 2015, plaintiff was sitting near her home in a beach chair with a friend, who was drinking a beer. Plaintiff was not drinking or committing any crime or offense. Suddenly, P.Os. Kyle Slater, Sgt. Joseph Imperatrice, Robert Galarza, Ken Lei, Carlos Delgado, and Sandro Chiarlitti aggressively approached and surrounded plaintiff and her friend and violently pushed plaintiff against a security gate. They arrested plaintiff and falsely informed the DA's Office that they had observed plaintiff drink alcohol, resist arrest, and possess a controlled substance.
