Description: On July 22, 2012 Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of an intersection when PO Felix Arana, PO John Doe, and PO John Roe stopped him on the basis of his age or race and, without justification, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and falsely arrested him in an aggressive manner. Plaintiff was wrongfully incarcerated for over 24 hours and maliciously prosecuted, which required Plaintiff to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges were dismissed. Description: On the night of August 25 and 26, 2012, Plaintiffs Brooks and Clark were lawfully present at the entrance of Hylan Park. Defendants, NYPD Officers Flores, Schantz, Imbert, Perez, Arana and Tiburcio, stopped Plaintiffs at gunpoint. Defendants directed Plaintiffs to lie on the ground, handcuffed them and arrested them.
