A ground of NYPD officers—including Detective Arocho—descended on Plaintiff, punching and kicking him with their fists, feet, arms, and knees. Plaintiff lost consciousness. When he awoke, Plaintiff was shackled to a bed at the hospital with eight stitches in his head and bruises all over his body.
