Complaint
Description: On August 31, 2021, the plaintiff was arrested by police officers Danielle Martinez and Vanessa Solis. The plaintiff's Ex had come to the plaintiff's apartment two hours earlier and destroyed property at the apartment and stole some personal belongings of the plaintiff. Subsequently, the Ex returned with the aforementioned police officers complaining that the plaintiff had assaulted her and the police officers arrested the plaintiff. The plaintiff was then brought to the 44th precinct and strip-searched and refused to provide supplies to the plaintiff even though she was on her period. After a few hours, the plaintiff had a panic attack and had to be taken to the hospital, where she was shackled and handcuffed ...
