Description: On September 5, 2014, at approximately 6:00 p.m., Plaintiff was lawfully inside his friend’s apartment on the 4th floor at 680 Quincy Street, Brooklyn, New York. Detective Dean Campbell and Sergeant Joseph Cruzado, along with other officers, entered the apartment without a warrant, detained Plaintiff, and conducted a illegal search inside plaintiff’s pockets, inside of the waistband of his pants and underneath his clothing employed by defendants. At no point in time did the police recover any drugs, guns or contraband from Plaintiff at the precinct.
