Description: Ono August 2, 2021, Plaintiff was having a conversation with Lady Gaga at Radio City Music Hall, then tried to enter the elevator and leave when she was approached by a plain-clothed man who prevented her from doing so. Plaintiff was taken to a small room and locked in there against her will for approximately two hours before Police Officers John L. Anger and Adam D. Chan arrested her for trespassing. Plaintiff tried to tell the officers she was not trespassing, the door was unlocked and open to the public, and that her interaction with lady Gaga was without incident.
