Description: On May 2, 2012, plaintiff, a superintendent of the multiple dwelling in which she resided, on Avenue M, in Brooklyn, in the course of a dispute with a tenant of the building over rent arrears, the tenant menaced plaintiff with a knife. Plaintiff had the tenant arrested. After the tenant's arrest, he and his family vacated the premises. In moving the belongings out of the apartment, the tenant had the assistance of four males.
