Description: On April 19, 2012, at 511 W. 181st St, NY, NY, Defendants arrested plaintiff. Defendants touched, grabbed, handcuffed and seized plaintiff, in an excessive manner about his person, causing plaintiff physical pain and mental suffering. A criminal complaint was issued at the directive of Defendants, and a criminal action against plaintiff was commenced. Plaintiff was arraigned in New York Criminal Court and bail was set. On April 27, 2011, plaintiff testified before a Grand Jury. On April 30, 2012, the Grand Jury voted a "no true bill" and plaintiff was released. Plaintiff was detained for 11 days. On June 8, 2012, all charges were dismissed on application of the DA.
