Description: On July 26, 2020, Plaintiff was approached and stopped without reasonable suspicion or probable cause by PO Stojkovic, PO Amill, and 10 unknown POs (John or Jane Does). When Plaintiff walked away, PO Stojkovic aggressively yelled at Plaintiff. PO Doe 1 advised Plaintiff that if he was not engaged in unlawful conduct, he was free to leave, so Plaintiff did—resulting in PO Stojkovic grabbing and yanking Plaintiff's left arm. Plaintiff inquired as to the reason for this illegal seizure when PO Stojkovic, without provocation, punched Plaintiff in the face, splitting Plaintiff's lip and causing him to lose a tooth.
