Complaint
Description: On August 14, 2022, Plaintiff was inside an apartment when officers arrested him without cause. In the course of arrest, officers punched him, threw him to the ground, and tased him. As a result, after his arrest, Plaintiff had to be treated in the hospital for his injuries. All charges against Plaintiff were later dismissed.
