Description: On October 21, 2017, Plaintiff Rolinda Walls and her infant child N.G. were asleep in their apartment. At around 11:30pm, Defendant Sergeant Grieco and Defendant Officers M. Wallace, Gammello, Ryan, Desimone, K. Wallace, and Belilos began pounding on her door and demanding to be let in. The defendant officers then entered the apartment, claiming that they were looking for Ms. Walls' adult daughter, who was not present.
