Complaint
Description: On or about August 7, 2019, officers Hansel Salcedo and Micheal Levy arrested Plaintiff in front of 127 Vermilyea Avenue and refused to give him a reason for his arrest dispite Plaintiff asking it. During the arrest, the officers hit Plaintiff several times, by kicking and punching him with no justification. No officers on the scene tried to stop the beating. As a result of defendants' actions, Plaintiff suffered injuries, including emotional distress, nightmares, panic attacks, mental anguish and unwarranted severe anger bouts, some or all of which may be permanent. Plaintiff was prosecuted.
