Description: On September 8 2013, Plaintiff was carrying a cup of juice outside his apartment building. He was grabbed by NYPD officers including Sergeant Darell Dennison and taken to the ground. They repeatedly struck him and sprayed mace into his face. He was held for 36 hours and then falsely charged by the defendants.
