Description: On Jan 1 2018, James Nacmias and Jaclyn Araiza ("Plaintiffs") were lawfully travelling in a vehicle when Officer Michael Barbour ("Defendant 1") unlawfüily drove his Jeep directly into the Plaintiffs' vehicle then put his NYPD siren on and started screaming at the Plaintiffs. Defendant 1 used excessive force to try and handcuff the Plaintiff. He repeatedly and brutally struck Nacmias in his face, head, and upper body with a hard object, believed to be either or both, Defendant 1's firearm and/or metal handcuffs. He also forcefully pushed him before returning to his vehicle.
