Description: On March 4, 2022, NYPD Officer Justin Goodman and other officers, whose identities remain unknown, electro-shocked the plaintiff three times with a taser in the process of arresting the plaintiff. The defendants placed the plaintiff under arrest for various misdemeanor charges related to the domestic dispute they were responding to. Defendants then brought the plaintiff to Brookdale Hospital where the six projectile prongs from the taser were removed. Plaintiff was left with burns on his chest from from the projectiles. Ultimately, all of the charges were dismissed in Plaintiff's favor by the criminal court. On March 8, 2022, Plaintiff visited Interfaith Medical Center after he had been experiencing chest pain ...
