Description: On July 15, 2017, Plaintiff was doing nothing illegal nor acting in a suspicious way when PO Collin Burns, John Doe and John Roe approached him. In an aggressive manner, they grabbed him and stripped searched him before falsely arresting him. PO maliciously accused Plaintiff of having committed a crime. Plaintiff was consequently incarcerated for over 24 hours and requested to make numerous court appearances until all charges against him were terminated favorably. As a result, Plaintiff sustained physical and emotional injuries.
