Complaint
Description: On December 5, 2019, at approximately 10:30 a.m., in Brooklyn, New York, Mr. Drummond was allegedly targeted by police officers, including Officer Bufano, due to his race. While sitting in his vehicle, Drummond was ordered to comply with commands from the police, which he did. After questioning the officers' rude behavior, he was falsely accused of traffic infractions. The officers then physically accosted Drummond, conducted an illegal search, and used excessive force, including placing him in a chokehold and slamming him to the ground, which resulted in physical injuries. Drummond was arrested, detained, and falsely prosecuted based on fabricated allegations, with his case eventually being dismissed. The comp...
