Description: On July 7, 2023, inside the building at 621 East 9th St in NY, NY, Plaintiff was being threatened by a non-party individual who had a knife pressed against Plaintiff’s stomach. While at knifepoint, Plaintiff called 911 and reported the incident. Plaintiff remained on the line with 911 while officers responded. Defendants approached, stopped, questioned, assaulted, battered, and arrested Plaintiff. Defendants searched Plaintiff’s person by rifling through his pockets and patting him down all over. Defendants contorted Plaintiff’s arms behind his back and affixed metal handcuffs in a tight fashion.
