Description: On March 9, 2021, police officers Alexis Melo, Kevin Mockel, Joseph Stynes, and others entered Plaintiff's apartment residence without a valid warrant and falsely accused Plaintiff of a criminal offense. The officers including Melo, Mockel, and Stynes, had falsely accused Plaintiff a few days prior without reasonable suspicion or probable cause when they were investigating a potential criminal offense that occurred in the vicinity of Plaintiff's residence. Description: On March 4, 2021, inside 751 Tilden Street, in Bronx, New York, the plaintiffs were illegally stopped, searched, and arrested by NYPD defendant police officers. At the said date, the plaintiff was aggressively approached by numerous NYPD officers who extended their outstretched arms in a threatening and intimidating manner. Defendants then grabbed the plaintiffs by their bodies and limbs and contorted their arms aggressively behind their backs.
