Description: On or about July 3rd, 2019, Plaintiff was lawfully present as a passenger in a motor vehicle when it was stopped by PO Ryan Cackowski, PO Brian Degen, SGT Florin Kuka, PO Jack Dagnese and PO "John Doe" of the NYPD. Plaintiff was ordered to step out of the vehicle and the vehicle and his person were searched.
