Description: On May 25, 2023 Plaintiff was inside an apartment when he was handcuffed and falsely arrested by PO Daniel Acebo, PO Riku Sawai, and POs John and Jane Does. A malicious prosecution was commenced against Plaintiff and Plaintiff was compelled to defend against the false charges until they were terminated on August 28, 2023. Plaintiff suffered multiple injuries, including deprivation of liberty, emotional distress, humiliation, fear, and intimidation, as a result of this incident.
