Description: On December 14, 2018, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Plaintiff Robert Harrison was visiting with a friend outside a building in the vicinity of 27-10 8th Street in Queens. Defendant Police Officers including Muhammad Iyaz, Torab Chowdhury, and John/Jane Does approached Plaintiff and asked for his identification and Plaintiff was fearful of becoming a victim of police misconduct so he pulled out his cellphone and began recording Defendant officers. Immediately after, once of the defendant officer's grabbed Plaintiff by his right hand and wrist, another officer took the Plaintiff's phone out of his hand.
