Description: On January 25, 2022, Plaintiff was in the vicinity of 1310 Beach St. in the Bronx, when Defendant Officers, including Officers Mockel and Novak, without probable cause or legal justification, stopped, searched, and grabbed Plaintiff, and detained and arrested him in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably.
