Description: On January 27, 2017, a group of individuals attacked and robbed Plaintiff1 while he was at a local intermediate school participating in "open gym." There, NYPD School Safety Officers reported the incident, and NYPD police officers arrived at the scene. A detective told Plaintiff1 to report the indident in 34th Precinct. At around 7:00 p.m. Plaintiff1, his brother, Plaintiff2, and their sister went to the 34th Precinct in New York to report the assault. Officers Calvin Reyes, Angela PolancoBrito, Detective Isaac Montalvo, and unidentified John Doe officers were rude and dismissive to them.
