Description: On March 8, 2019, plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of 610 Exterior Street, Bronx, when defendant police officers, without arrest warrant or any other legal justification, approached plaintiff and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in excessive manners. Plaintiff was then taken into custody at the police station, strip-searched, and detained for over 24 hours. During arraignment, plaintiff was falsely charged with a crime, but all charges were eventually dismissed in plaintiff's favor. As a result of the incident, plaintiff suffered from severe physical and emotional injury.

Description: On August 3, 2018, NYPD Officers Thomas and Garcia wrongfully and falsely arrested the plaintiff on the sidewalk in front of a Bronx building.
