Description: On November 21, 2019, Plaintiff Jahmel Sanders was at 107 Clinton Street, Manhatan, observing Defendant Officers stop and search a group of males, when Plaintiff stepped off the curb into the street, and was immediately apprehended by Defendant Officers Francisco Garcia and John Does 1-4, who pulled alongside him in a vehicle, exited, and unlawfully stopped, frisked, searched, and falsely arrested him.
