Description: On February 16, 2015, Plaintiff was trying to pay the fare for a livery cab ride with a 100 dollar bill when the cab driver took her from her home to the 83rd Precinct in Brooklyn. Outside of the precinct Defendants NYPD officers Sherrianne Reinhardt and Officer Adrian Theobald had the Plaintiff exit the car. As Plaintiff was explaining to Defendants what happened, Reinhardt pushed Plaintiff against a gate which caused Plaintiff's foot to be stuck in the gate. The officers then pushed Plaintiff onto the floor.
