Description: On September 3, 2013, Plaintiff Debra Russo and Plaintiff Sonni Sottile were in their home, located at 2746 East 64th St. Brooklyn, New York, when Defendant NYPD officers rang their doorbell. Plaintiff Russo answered the door and Defendant John Doe 1 showed her a photograph and asked if she knew the person in the photo. Plaintiff Russo informed the Defendant that she knew who it was and called for Plaintiff Sottile. Plaintiff Sotille came to the door and the Defendants instructed the Plaintiffs to exit and house and go to the backyard, and the Plaintiffs complied. The Defendants then showed Plaintiff Sotille a picture of her then-boyfriend and questioned her about his whereabouts while threatening to arrest her...
