Description: On January 23, 2016, plaintiff was lawfully present in his home when defendants requested entry through the intercom. Plaintiff declined. Defendants nonetheless proceeded to enter the building and his home. Defendant Fyvie then tasered and handcuffed plaintiff. Defendants then transported plaintiff to a nearby hospital.
