Description: On November 16, 2011, plaintiffs were lawfully present and asleep inside their apartment on Montauk Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. Plaintiff Oslyn Pompey is the mother and guardian of R.P., who was a 5 year-old female. Pompey and Naomi Sparman are sisters.
