Description: On July 14, 2012, Defendant Officers Rudolph Guarnaccia, Jarad Dietzel, and Abdullah (Shield No. 942924) forcibly grabbed, struck, hit, pushed, punched, kicked, assaulted, battered, handcuffed too tightly, verbally and physically threatened, and threatened the Plaintiffs with a deadly weapon. The Defendants also denied the Plaintiffs the ability to communicate with their parents, and failed to provide adequate medical care after it was requested.
