Plaintiff walked across the street and began filming the officers actions when they tackled him to the ground. Plaintiff was arrested, taken to a precinct, and charged with disorderly conduct which was later dismissed. When Plaintiff's property was returned, the cell phone he used to record the police was missing.

Description: On or about January 12, 2014 Plaintiff was stopped by POs Christopher Campbell, John Doe, Richard Roe, and Charles Coe on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Plaintiff, obeying POs' orders, exited the vehicle and stood facing it with his hands on the roof.
