Description: Plaintiff was chased by Defendant Officers in plain clothes without announcing themselves and then arrested and taken to the 120th Precinct where the Plaintiff was questioned afterwards he was taken to Richmond County Criminal Court and arraigned for numerous burglaries. Later, charges were dismissed.
