Description: On November 16, 2013, Katrell Dandridge, a passenger in a vehicle, was unlawfully directed to exit the vehicle and arrested by Officer Daniel Matthews and unidentified officers ("John Doe" #1-9) on fabricated charges including Reckless Driving and Drug Possession.
