Description: On July 31, 2012, at approximately 6:00 a.m., Plaintiffs Fung-A-Ling and Thomas were asleep in their home located at 720 Kingsborough 7th Walk #2C in Brooklyn, New York. NYPD officers suddenly kicked in the door of the premises while allegedly executing a search warrant. The officers, including Defendants P.O. Jon Gladstone and Lt. Tommy Korakis, began to beat the Plaintiffs about their face and bodies while they were asleep.
