Description: On 6/7/2020, Plaintiff was driving his vehicle with 4 passengers when stopped by NYPD at the intersection of 125th St and 2nd Ave. During the stop, Plaintiff offered all required documents. The vehicle was stopped for an extended period. one of the defendants opened the rear passenger door and removed one of the passengers. Plaintiff told one of the defendants that he would like to exit the vehicle to ensure the safety of his passenger. Plaintiff climbed out of his window in such a manner that he could turn his body and look across his roof to see the passenger.
