Description: On October 4, 2022, NYPD defendants arrested plaintiff outside her home, located at 2542 Arthur Kill Rd, Staten Island, NY. Defendants pulled and punched plaintiff in her arm, as she was put in a police car. Plaintiff was transported to the 123rd precinct, then Staten Island University Hospital where she remained in custody. Plaintiff was transferred from the hospital to the 120th precinct where she remained until the next day. On October 5, 2022, plaintiff was transported to Richmond Criminal Court and arraigned. Defendants initiated prosecution against plaintiff. Defendants created false evidence conveyed to the Richmond DA. Plaintiff was compelled to return to court on four occasions.
