Description: On October 19, 2015, Plaintiff was walking to aunt's residence when he stopped to smoke a cigarette with his friend and codefendant Edgar Erickson on a bench across the street from where his aunt resided. Minutes later, Erickson left. Defendant Undercover Officer 5058 ("UC5058") approached Plaintiff, grabbed him aggressively, placed him against the wall, patted him down, and searched him. Plaintiff sustained bruising from being aggressively grabbed and thrown during his arrest. No illegal substances or police marked money were found in Plaintiff's possession.
