Description: On May 24, 2019 at 1920 Washington Ave, Bronx, NY, plaintiff was unlawfully restrained, handcuffed and arrested. Plaintiff was detained and held in custody until he appeared at his arraignment. On May 25, 2019, plaintiff was released without bail and required to return to Court. The charge against Plaintiff was eventually dismissed and the records sealed.

Description: On October 10, 2016, at around 5PM, Plaintiff was illegally searched and seized by Defendant NYPD officers with no probable cause. Plaintiff was falsely arrested and the Defendant officers committed assaults and batteries against Plaintiff, including but not limited to punching him in the face while he was handcuffed in a police vehicle, dragged out by his feet, dropped to the ground, kicked, punched and then violently picked up by his handcuffs. The Defendant officers used Plaintiff’s head to open the door a the precinct and he was dragged around the precinct floor while rear handcuffed. He was held in custody for over 73 hours and was taken to Lincoln Hospital for treatment for his injuries. All charges again...
