Defendants apprehended and searched plaintiff without permission, but did not recover any contraband. Defendants arrested plaintiff and charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. During Grand Jury Proceeding, Doe "597" testified he observed plaintiff receive pre-recorded "buy money" during a narcotics operation.
