Description: On July 12, 2020 at a Blue Lives Matter march, where counter-protestors, including Plaintiff were present, members of the NYPD, including the defendants, blocked paths of egress, surround counter-protestors, and force them close together on the sidewalk. Defendant NYPD Sergeant Yuriy Akopov approached Plaintiff and ordered her to move from where she was standing on the sidewalk, but Plaintiff was unable to do so, as members of the NYPD had surrounded and kettled the counter-protestors. Defendant Akopov then pushed his hand into Plaintiff's chest, and when Plaintiff asked him not to do so, Defendant Akopov grabbed Plaintiff's right breast hard and squeezed forcefully.
