Complaint
Description: On August 13 2021, the Plaintiff was lawfully inside the grocery store when NYPD Officer Vincent Bracco and Andrew Aiello suddenly entered and grabbed the Plaintiff and threw him to the ground. They proceeded to violently strike the Plaintiff as he was lying down. They proceeded to punch him in his face and over his body despite his screams for help. While the Officers struck the Plaintiff his hands were behind his back in handcuffs rendering him helpless. The Plaintiff was taken to Central Booking and treated at the infirmary for his severe injuries.
