Description: On January 25, 2017, Plaintiff Marie Estime, a retired NYC Department of Corrections Captain appeared at the 107th Precinct to file a complaint against a man named Oscar whom she had first witnessed entering and leaving a neighboring home then occupied by an NYPD Detective Castillo and his brothers Justin and Christian. Plaintiff claims that Det. Castillo's brothers sold drugs out of the home and that Christian Diaz would often kill birds and place them on Plaintiff's car. Plaintiff's home security camera system then caught Oscar on multiple occasions creeping around Plaintiff's house and looking in her windows.
