Description: On September 16, 2019, Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over by Police Officers Jason Ragoo, Daniel Nicoletti, and Christopher Vickery for allegedly not signaling when turning. The officers approached the vehicle, pulled Plaintiff out of the car from the front passenger seat, unlawfully searched, handcuffed and falsely arrested him, all without probable cause. Moreover, the officers subjected Plaintiff to excessive force, punching and kicking him all over his body.
