Complaint
Description: On or about June 15, 2022, at or around 1:20 AM, plaintiff was present in the vicinity of 14-30 Redfern Ave, in the borough of Queens. Plaintiff was unlawfully searched, falsely arrested, falsely imprisoned, assaulted and battered, and used excessive force upon by police officer Po Warren Brown and unidentified police officers (John and Jane Doe 1-10). Plaintiff was put in excessively tight handcuffs and transported to the police precinct. The police officers then subjected plaintiff to a malicious prosecution. Plaintiff appeared in court, where his criminal case was subsequently dismissed in its entirety on November 18, 2022.

Description: On April 13, 2019, plaintiffs Phillip and Latoya Doyley were sleeping in their residence when defendant Officers wearing all black broke the front door down brandishing their weapons and stormed up to the second floor.
