Description: On December 17, 2012 Plaintiff was lawfully waiting inside Columbia University Medical Center for an appointment when he was aggressively approached by a security guard who informed him he had to sign in. Plaintiff did so and sat back down. Without provocation the security guard again aggressively approached, chest bumped Plaintiff, pushed Plaintiff backward, then grabbed Plaintiff's arm and refused to let him go. Additional guards arrived, threw Plaintiff to the ground, and handcuffed him. PO Edward Montoya, Sgt.
