Description: ON January 7, 2016, sometime between 12:00pm and 1:00pm, Plaintiff Widler Dorsainvil was observed by Defendant NYPD officer JASON BOLGER walking between cars while riding the subway. While arresting Plaintiff for the infraction of walking between cars, the Defendant officers, including EDDIE VEGA, and "JOHN" HEREDIA beat and injured the Plaintiff for no apparent reason. The Plaintiff was charged with several offenses and then taken to Methodist Hospital for treatment for the injuries inflicted on him by the Defendants.
